Meet Chuck

But even during his full-time working years, Chuck was always building--barns, bedrooms, bird aviaries. His handiwork is evident everywhere around his home and grounds. In retirement, he has been able to focus on more artistic projects such as custom cabinetry. Although he might balk at being called “an artist,” his work is meticulous and beautiful--with the primary focus on showcasing the beauty of the wood. Membership S.A.S.S. Chuck’s introduction to woodworking came courtesy of a high school drafting class where the students had to build their own drafting boards. In college he added metal work to his shop skills and enjoyed a long career in the heating and air conditioning business.
