Payment
PayPal preferred; it is the safer, easier way to pay. If you do not have a PayPal account, you may still use your credit card through PayPal. Phone orders also accepted.
Shipping
Most in stock items will ship within 3 days of billing, some custom items may take up to 3 weeks from billing to shipping.
Products are shipped via U.S. Postal Service priority mail unless otherwise requested.
Custom Orders
We are happy to consider custom orders. Please call for pricing.
Refunds
Per our refund policy, we will accept cancellations on orders not yet shipped. We will refund returns (minus shipping charges) on returned items received within 30 days of shipping and in original condition. We require a return authorization by e-mail for all items; call or email for shipping address.
Noble Wood & Clay will replace or refund the purchase price of any tile and/or frame proven to be defective. We encourage you to send your return appropriately packaged via prepaid insured UPS (this is for your protection, shipping and handling charges are not refundable).
